The collected information of Users is mostly used by ListVid for running functionalities and features of the Website, and mainly to allow its users to leave ratings, as made possible through the available online forms. Therefore, Client states to understand that, despite of any efforts of ListVid efforts, information may from time to time be accessed by any means of breach or shared or used in any way, or that such malicious parties may depositing any sort of malware or malicious software on our servers which collects software and ListVid does not know of.
The aforementioned does not count towards breaches done to any kind of account, and unauthorized access to the device used by User to access the Website.

User accepts and authorizes ListVid to send User notices to the reported email addresses, obtained through their social media profiles, regarding any changes to these Policies, the Terms of Service, and other information relevant to Users, such as other changes or services which may become available on the Website.

The Listvid Website and/or any of its affiliate does not knowingly gather information of minors. The content of this Website is not specifically targeted to adults, however a Payment Method may be required to register. If anyone finds out that we have collected, without us knowing it, the information or data of children under the age of 13, please send us an email to the stated email address in the first paragraph of these Policies.
